Docteure en économie de l’Université de Poitiers, elle fut cheffe de projets à La Fabrique de l’industrie. Ses travaux portent sur les thèmes du travail, des relations entreprises-territoires, de l’évaluation des politiques publiques et de la compétitivité industrielle. Une de ses dernières études se concentre sur la qualité de vie au travail et la compétitivité (avec Marie-Madeleine Pérétié et Martin Richer).
